Warranty and Technical Service
TERI vacuum cleaner owners deserve the best possible service!
All our dust vacuums come with a warranty of 12 to 60 months from the date of purchase.
The purchase date is recorded on the warranty card and in our device database, allowing you to receive warranty service even if the card is lost.
The serial number and model of the device are indicated both on the warranty card and on the vacuum cleaner itself.
The service during the warranty period includes replacement of the device in case of failure.

Replacement procedure
The procedure is as follows:
- The customer must inform us about the problem by email or through the form on the website.
- If the problem cannot be resolved remotely, the customer will need to send us the device (the service manager will provide the shipping information).
- After receiving the device, the service technician will check it and we will send a new one the same day or the next day.
Out-of-warranty repairs
If the warranty period has expired, we will repair the vacuum cleaner at our service center without replacing the unit.
Out-of-warranty repairs, as well as shipping costs, will be borne by the customer.
Cancellation of warranty
The warranty will be voided if the device has been used incorrectly.
The warranty may be voided in any of the following cases:
- If any liquid has entered the device.
- If there is physical damage, such as foreign objects entering the fan blades or the electronic control unit.
- In case of excessive obstruction of the device due to lack of cleaning or regular replacement of the dust filter, which may cause blockage or overheating of the fan.
- In case of exceeding the permitted power supply specifications (220V – 240V).
- If unauthorized persons have interfered with the structure or electrical system of the device.
In case of detected misuse, the service center reserves the right to repair the device for the price agreed with the customer.
Important recommendation
Do not obstruct the air outlet of the vacuum cleaner, as this will reduce its power and the dust will not be vacuumed up properly.
