Payment & Shipping
1. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods through Shopify Payments and additional providers:
• Credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express
• PayPal
• Apple Pay, Google Pay
• Local payment methods (if available in your country)
All payments are processed through a secure connection using SSL encryption.
2. Order Process
- Add your selected TERI range hood to the cart.
- Proceed to checkout.
- Enter your shipping information and contact details.
- Choose your preferred payment method.
- Review the total amount, including shipping costs and taxes (if applicable).
- Confirm your payment.
After successful payment, you will receive:
• an order confirmation email
• a tracking number email once your order has been shipped
3. Payment Security
• Shopify is certified to PCI DSS Level 1 standards, ensuring secure card data protection.
• We do not store your credit or debit card information on our servers.
• All transactions are processed through secure payment gateways.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
4. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped by contacting us via email.
If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, but you may request a return.
5. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving the product, provided that:
• the product has not been used
• the original packaging is intact
• the product is in new condition
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue:
• a refund using the original payment method
or
• an exchange for a new product
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
6. Defective Products / Warranty
If you receive a damaged or non-functioning product:
- Contact us within 5 days of delivery.
- Provide photos or videos showing the defect.
- We will offer:
• a replacement,
• a free repair (if applicable),
• or a refund.
7. Dispute Resolution
We always aim to resolve any issues directly and as quickly as possible.
If a customer disagrees with the proposed solution, they may open a dispute via PayPal or their bank (chargeback).
We will provide shipping confirmation, product photos, and communication records to assist in resolving the dispute.
In 99% of cases, we resolve issues directly without bank involvement — simply contact us.
